Request a Fit Kit The Process The process starts when you request a "FIT KIT" using our online form. Once we receive your request, we will call you. The fee to send the Kit is $125. We will ask you for a credit card for payment. This fee will be applied to the purchase price of your shoes. We have a limited number of kits so please return it promptly. If you change your mind and decide not to order shoes, we will refund the $125 minus any shipping charges. (Usually $30) However, please complete the fitting and return the kit. We will keep all of your info on file in case you change your mind and order shoes sometime in the future. You will be charged for shipping regardless of if you do the fitting or not. Before sending the Kit back Fax us, a copy of both tracings. (Not mandatory, but very helpful) This helps us catch obvious mistakes prior to returning the kit. When we receive your kit we will take measurements from the tracing and pour plaster into your foot impressions. We will consider the type of riding you do, and how you would like the shoes to fit. We will need to know what shoes you are currently wearing and how they fit. We then will determine what lasts to use for your shoes. We have 41 sizes and 9 widths in 2 different last styles. In the unlikely event that none of these 738 lasts match your foot measurements; we can make you a custom last exactly to your foot measurements with our computer controlled last lathe. Minor modifications can be made to our stock lasts for a minimal fee. We will always call you to confirm receipt of your kit and to review your order prior to submitting it to our factory. At this point we will charge your credit card for the full price of the shoes and shipping. Your order will now be sent to our factory to be hand crafted by our highly skilled crew. Your orthotics will be made here and installed in your new D2 shoes here in Eagle Colorado, and shipped to you. You will have your D2's in about 2 - 3 weeks. Delivery times can vary due to workload. On occasion, customers need follow up adjustments made to the shoes or orthotics. Not to worry; you’re covered. We guarantee the fit, quality, and performance. All follow up work is included in your purchase price (except the cost of return shipping). You pay the shipping to us; we pay shipping back to you. Customers outside of the USA are responsible for all shipping costs. Refunds are not offered; however we will work with you until you are satisfied. You want a pair of great shoes; we want a happy customer! Our Policies: We will always call before submitting your order to our factory. This insures that you get what you want. We will you ask questions about: your riding style Make sure to call if you have any questions about doing the Fit Kit. If your shoes don't fit properly due to misinformation or incomplete information; you are responsible for all fees associated with making adjustments or remaking the shoes. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs. This includes shipping costs if the shoes need to be adjusted. You will not be charged until the order is submitted to the factory. Other payment options are available. The shoes will not be shipped until they have been paid for. Your shoes are guaranteed for fit, quality, and performance. We do not offer refunds We will work with you until you are satisfied. In the event that your shoes need adjustments; you are responsible for shipping charges back to Eagle, CO. We will cover the shipping back to you. International customers are responsible for all shipping charges. No returns without prior authorization. If you have difficulties with your shoes, we will need very specific information as to the problems you are experiencing. This information can only be obtained by asking specific questions while you are wearing the shoes. Any shoes returned without proper Return Authorization will be refused.
